Paukūkalo Armory Project
Resolution was passed on February 2, 2026 allowing the Homestead Community Development Association to implement community-centered use of the 1.77 acres known as the Armory site.
PHHCAI has authorized Janice Herrick, a community member and board member, to represent PHHCAI on the HCDC Project Advisory Committee of the Paukūkalo Armory Project.
